I've always prayed about Mark's way of treating me. I also asked for a sign. Are you showing it to me now, Lord? When we fought some last month, he told me I have a daughter and that I should look forward for her. He maybe right there. I may lose the only man I love and the one who ever really loved me, but my daughter is my flesh and blood. She is still young for her feelings to be played upon by someone who wants to play YOUR role. I am choosing her. Mark can make me his toy but I wont let her hurt my daughter's feelings. If you want me to be alone till I grow old, then I will accept it. I have already prayed for acceptance in my heart many times.

My daughter is the product of many prayers not just on my part but her father's part. Not just between us but a lot of people; our family and friends. If she's all I'm gonna have and I wont be blessed with any other children, then I will do all I can to protect, love and cherish her.

Mark's mom told me this and I'm sure one day she will understand me. And if I tell everyone of this choice, I think everyone will agree with me...

Tuwing nagkakagalit kami, naayos din kami lagi. Kahit gaano pa kalala, pinaglalapit mo kami ulit. Dahil dun kaya alam kong ginawa mo kami para sa isa't isa. Pero parang di natatapos ang mga gusot sa buhay namin. Nahihirapan akong basahin sya, nahihirapan akong intindihin ang ugali nya. Konting bagay lang, umiinit agad ang ulo nya. Kung mahal mo ang isang tao, minsan, sa karamihan, kahit ano pang mangyari o kahit ano pang ugali nyan, wala kang pakialam. Pero sya, konting mali ko lang, ang bilis nya magshift sa love to hate. Parang isang pitik lang, sobrang hate nya ako agad. Di na tuloy ako sigurado kung mahal nya nga ako. Sana nawala na ung poot sa puso nya. Kung bibigyan mo sya ng ibang mamahalin, sana malinis na ang puso nya ng kahit anong nararamdaman nya sakin. Sana nde nya ako maiisip kung magkasama sila. Sana lahat ng mga maliliit na alaala namin, itago nya sa puso nya at gumawa sya ng mga bagong alala sa kung sino mang mamahalin nya.

Nde ko na ipagdadasal ang ganun sa akin. Basta matanggap ko lang sa puso ko kung talagang nde kami para sa isa't isa. Yun na lang.

Sana nde mo sya pababayaan. Keep him safe all the time. Make life easy for him. Sana nde sya magkakaproblema sa trabaho. I pray for his health.

Baguio City

Baby, I emailed a former choirmate about a job in Baguio City. He and his wife worked there for call centers and training schools. he's now here in manila as strategy manager for Yahoo! Philippines, but his wife is still in Baguio. He called me and we talked about his contacts. He asked for your CV and I am sending it now.

Like I told you before, Baguio is a good city. Good climate, low cost of living and plenty of Korean students for you and a daytime call center for me. It’s a small but modern city, lotsa of restaurants and bars and also malls. I asked my aunt about apartments there and it's mostly the size for students and a bigger place won’t cost too much. She’s also renting out apartments so if it’s not too small for you, we can occupy one. Taxi cabs are cheap and there’s not much pollution.

Oh baby, I like it. Let’s just give it a try. When you come here, I want us to visit the city so you can decide also.

Sunrise

I just woke up from my afternoon siesta and I felt this energy coming from a draining morning. All I had in my dreams were all sunrise and all sunshine. Who says I'm giving up? No way, dude!

For the record, those major links I gave you are academic school. Of course they will have teachers ready long before school opening. We were set to get training school in the first place. Why give up at the first sign of rejection?

If you can't go on finding a job here, I will do it for you! What's the purpose of having your CV if I will just stand around and not do anything for the person I love the most? If you can just give up on me as simple as that, not me!

Good morning, panda! Oh and btw, have I told you lately that I love you? I do. With all my heart and soul. And every fiber of my being.

Hi baby. Mama called me and asked about IBM. I told her what you told me. I told her I’m considering getting a day job and just having some time off for now. She said she wants to talk to me one on one about it, that I got IBM and I'm a regular already, that at my age, I wont be able to get a good job etc, that I should not rely on you, that I should establish myself and I have started on that already, that if anything happens, I have to stand on my own and not be a burden to you, that even if you have plans for us, I should think of myself too and make sure I can be proud of myself. It’s hard to explain to her, baby. I don’t know what else to do. I told her I learned what I need from IBM and that I can be strong and move on.

What I can read from her is that she's worried that I'd be another loser without you, that I would depend on you about our future--whatever you plans are. She said there are no day time call centers. I said I'm not gonna look for a call center job anymore.

IBM job gave me a reason to walk in the house with my chin up and a notch of respect from people around. I mean, I trust you, baby. I just don’t know what rope to hold on to now if mama starts asking me things. It’s like I have more to prove now and I'm determined to prove we will be a good team, much more than she can ever hope for me. I hope you can understand why I’m scared. I believe in us and I believe in your plans...100% and I will stick to it. But believe me when I say, she won’t get off my back. I’m sure of it.

You’re the only reason I survive each day. I live to see you and hear your voice, and the thought of holding you in my arms very soon. It will be soon, panda.
